CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE AT YOUR GUESTHOUSE?
If you arrive earlier than check-in time or wish to explore the city on your date of departure we will store your luggage in our kitchen or in our lobby. This is possible after 8am everyday. We take no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property, but will take considerable caution to keep all property safe.
WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
Check-in is between 2pm and 8pm. If you'd like to arrive later than that, please make sure to send us a request before your arrival.
Check-out is before 11am.
MY FLIGHT ARRIVES IN PARIS AT 7AM AND I WILL NEED SOMEWHERE TO FRESHEN UP AT THIS TIME - WHAT CAN BE DONE?
We do not have courtesy rooms but we can try to prioritize the cleaning of your room (early check-in before 2pm subject to an extra fee of 50 EUR and subject to availability) or offer you an upgrade to a better available room/suite if available. If it is very important that you check in early in the morning, you can also book the room for the night before to ensure that it is ready for your arrival.
CAN I SMOKE ANYWHERE IN THE GUEST HOUSE OR MY ROOM/SUITE?
Smoking is not permitted anywhere at Paris Square. This includes rooms, toilets, the hallways and doorways. Violators of this policy will be fined.  No exceptions.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ROOM?
All our facilities are included in the price of the room and there are no hidden extras.
DO YOU OFFER WIFI INTERNET?
Yes, each room has its own routeur with complimentary ultra high speed internet access by fiber. We also have internet in the lobby, in the kitchen etc. And we have a backup internet access by ADSL that you can also use in case we have trouble with the fiber access.
CAN I BRING MY PET TO THE GUEST HOUSE?
Unfortunately we do not allow guests to bring pets with them.
I’VE MISSED THE FIRST NIGHT OF MY MULTI-NIGHT STAY. WILL MY FULL BOOKING BE CANCELLED?
If you are not able to make your first night you should contact us as soon as possible. We can then discuss whether you would like us to try to sell the room on your behalf. Unless we sell the room again you will need to pay for your entire stay if you do not cancel the room within the cancellation period.
DO YOU HAVE ANY RESTAURANT AT YOUR GUESTHOUSE?
We do not have a restaurant, but our neighborhood is full of amazing dining options within walking distance. We can also order for you from most restaurants using food delivery services such as Uber Eats or Deliveroo etc which usually delivers to our apartment within 30 minutes.
DO YOU ALLOW CHILDREN?
We love kids and children of all ages are more than welcome! We ask that you are respectful of your neighbors by not allowing children to run in the units, public areas or make excessive noise.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
A credit card is required for all reservations.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your final payment may be paid by credit card or cash.
